Heavy Soul Modzine Issue #29 - Out Now!


 
Another bumper issue filled with interviews and articles on the current and past Mod scene.  

Interviews this issue include a massive 11 page chat with ANTHONY MEYNELL; The man behind all those classic ’79 Mod Revival singles by SQUIRE; Face Of Youth Today, It’s A Mod Mod World, Walking Down The Kings Road etc.  

A great chat too with CHARLIE CHAN - The surgeon who helped Wilko Johnson battle against Cancer, GILL EVANS - An original Birmingham Modernist Gill on the ‘60s and designing clothes, The Mourning After's CHRIS BLACKBURN on that great Psychedelic Garage band.  

PAUL HOOPER-KEELEY tells HS about a great photo taken in Skegness in the mid '80 and NEIL LEE on the upcoming Getting’ To The Point night in Leeds.
