The
Action’s ‘In The lap of the Mods’, previously only available on VHS, is now
available to pre-order on DVD from The New Untouchables.
Available
for the first time in this format, this DVD/film takes a fascinating look
behind the scenes and meets the original band members.
It also
features an exclusive interview with celebratory Action fan Phil Collins and
interviews with well-known Mod’s from around town and fans of the band past and
present (including the late Ian Hebditch, original fan and member of The
Birdcage Club in Portsmouth, and one of the driving forces/authors behind the
recently released book on The Action).
The ‘live’
performances from the re-formed line-up are from London shows at the Dome, Tufnell
Park, and The 100 Club, plus rare sixties archive footage. Since then, of
course, we have sadly lost Mike Evans and Reggie King – this DVD (along with
the re-issued CDs and recent book) thankfully leaves us with a lasting legacy
of their great work.

Hello, As an old Action and Birdcage Club fan, I purchased In the Lap of The Mods a VHS version , it`s not very clear anymore, so is there any where I can get hold of a DVD new or a copy.
