Cast announce major UK & Ireland Autumn tour

It’s a fine time to be Cast. The Liverpool band earned a flurry of critical acclaim as their new album ‘Love Is The Call’ matched the standard set by their classic debut album ‘All Change’. It also saw them fly up the charts in style, a #22 Official Album Chart position representing their highest position in 25 years, while it also impacted on other key charts including #3 on Independent Albums and #5 on Album Sales. Their recent tour also received rapturous receptions at packed venues across the land, with fans lapping up new songs and old favourites alike.

With such a positive vibe so far, Cast are eager to hit the road again with shows in cities they missed during their recent tour. As a result, they’re now excited to announce details of a new seventeen-date spanning the UK and Ireland.  Tickets for the tour are on sale now.

Cast frontman John Power says, “On our recent tour, the live set felt galvanised and freshed by the energy of the songs from the new album alongside our classic hits. I couldn’t believe how well the set seemed to run so seamlessly between all of the different songs, in fact the new stuff was getting just as loud a cheer as some of our timeless hits. The band have refound our mojo, and I can’t wait to get back on the road and do it all again this autumn!”

Featuring fellow original members Liam ‘Skin’ Tyson (guitar) and Keith O’Neill (drums), Cast’s headline tour builds upon a growing live schedule for the remainder of 2024. They’re confirmed as special guests on Liam Gallagher’s huge ‘Definitely Maybe’ arena tour, while other gigs include several outdoor shows with Ocean Colour Scene and an array of summer festivals.
