Mods Mayday 2013 in Cambridge is turning into one of the big weekenders of the year and is proudly sponsored by The Modernist Society Blog. This is one event you just won't want to miss.
The latest big news is the the Purple Hearts have now been confirmed to headline the whole event.
As things currently stand, the confirmed event details are as follows: -
THE PURPLE HEARTS to headline Sunday night with THE TEENBEATS
(plus one tbc) to support.
SQUIRE to headline Saturday night with
BACK TO ZERO and THE KILLERMETERS to support.
Guest DJs Dave Edwards, John Paul
Leasing and Irish Marty (kaleidoscope Club,Scotland).
Compere for the entire weekend will be none other
than legendary "Evil Roman The People's Poet" aka Roman, The
Killermeters original and current roadie!
AND a warm up gig on Friday night at The Corner
House pub . (All for FREE!) SOLID STATE will headline. THE LEGENDARY GROOVYMEN
and THE CYCLE PATHS will support.
Numbers are limited and this will be BIG,
BIG,
BIG!!! So
