It
sounds like Leah Weller has inherited the vocal talents of both her
musically-gifted parents.
The
22-year-old showcases her voice - and an elegant selection of clothes -
alongside her famous father, Paul Weller, in a new campaign for British label
Daks.
Shot in
a townhouse in Brighton last November, the two duet on Weller's memorable ‘You
Do Something To Me’ single from 1995.
The
brand is celebrating its 120th anniversary and as well as inviting the Wellers
to star in its celebratory spring/summer 2014 campaign, has designed a 120th
Anniversary Check to mark the occasion. The father and daughter team are set to
appear in adverts across newspapers and glossy magazines.
"It
was a great pleasure to work with DAKS for their 120th Anniversary
celebrations" said Weller, 55. He added: "Both Leah and myself had a
brilliant time in Brighton shooting the SS14 and AW14 campaigns."
Weller,
who has garnered the nickname 'The Modfather' thanks to his distinctive sense
of style, is no stranger to the fashion world. He starred in a John Varvatos
campaign with his young look-a-like, singer Miles Kane in 2012, and
collaborated with former Oasis singer Liam Gallagher on his Pretty Green
fashion line in 2011.
