Paul
Weller has lined up a short string of September dates in between his Riot Fest
appearances in Toronto and Chicago. Look
for The Jam founder to swing through Cleveland, Detroit, Minneapolis and
Cincinnati.
Weller’s
next release will be a greatest hits package.
Titled More Modern Classics, the 21-song collection will include tracks
taken from albums issued during the last 15 years of his solo career. Included are “That Dangerous Age,” “22
Dreams” and “From The Floorboards Up” as well as “Brand New Toy,” which was
released for this year’s Record Store Day.
Weller
begins his North American trek at Toronto’s edition of Riot Fest and concludes
the brief journey at Riot Fest Chicago.
